The price of the rooms depend on the period of stay, the number of tourists to the reservation, and the number of free rooms , which we have at the time of your inquire.

The prices are in leva with VAT and they included:
- accommodation per night
- a tourist tax
- fitness
- table tennis
- a summer garden with barbecue
- Internet
- Children up to 3 years old- free

Terms and conditions, payments and cancellations
To confirm your reservation, you need to follow the conditions below:
- After you make your reservation you will receive information on the amount and a method of payment
- Paying in advance
2.1. To confirm your reservation it’s necessary to pay 30 % of the total amount in advance within 3 days after you make your reservation.
2.2. If there are less than 5 days from the date of booking to the date of arrival you must pay on the first available working day.
2.3. If payment is not received within this period , we are entitled to cancel your reservation without notice.
- Cancellation and change the reservation
10 or more days before the date of arrival : if you cancel within this period, the deposit will be returned to the clients
From 10 do 0 days before the date of arrival: if you cancel the whole reservation or some part of it in this period we will keep back an amount equal to the advance payment
